Kanda’s first project with Global Holdings was carrying out public engagement for the refurbishment and extension of a tired office building in Bankside.

We ensured a comprehensive consultation took place, including multiple stakeholder meetings.

We successfully secured support from local neighbours who supported the removal of an under croft that attracted antisocial behaviour, and facilitated a neighbour to speak in support of the application at committee. Southwark’s Planning Committee B unanimously approved the application in November 2021.
