
Challenge:
Our client wanted to leverage their experience in the space of development
masterplanning and needed our help to articulate and bring to life their vision to be the
first partner of choice for all major public / private sector partnerships for new community
creation across the UK.
Action:
We developed a clear strategy centred around being informed, articulating the vision
and cementing their impact through live examples. First, we thoroughly researched the
subject of public/private partnerships to understand existing dialogues, opportunities and
challenges, using social listening tools to truly get under the skin of the topic and mapped
out key areas to prioritise in our messaging. We then held a workshop with the organisation
and its partners to investigate its strengths and weaknesses, earmarking its USPs and areas to
exploit, developing a clear and coherent position to own and themes to prioritise strategy.
Finally, we worked with them on an advocates programme, leveraging credible external
voices to reinforce the benefits of the organisation as a partner that delivers meaningful
change and transformation.
Result:
As this work was fairly recent, our client is still implementing and embedding our strategy
internally. However, work has already begun to leverage previous schemes to demonstrate the
value of their work, underpinned by our robust corporate messaging. They have also invested
significantly into their advocates programme, creating a library of supporter-led content that
is captured across multiple channels for utilisation in a variety of ways including within tenders,
for external media dissemination, internal training seminars, new business approaches, policy
meetings and more.
