Lauren is an experienced planning communications professional with over a decade’s experience working in communications and advising clients on a wide range of projects. Including renewables, care homes, retirement living, town centre regeneration, housebuilding, commercial, student accommodation, and strategic planning matters, including working on a number of Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan allocations and associated Masterplans. Lauren has also worked with Councils to boost participation and help to gain meaningful feedback. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and is an accredited PR practitioner.

Lauren has a track record of building strong relationships with key local representatives and achieving planning consent for a number of schemes from Scotland to Devon. On the renewables side, Lauren has worked on several solar parks across the country seeking to engage and educate communities and key political stakeholders on the proposals. This work has supported clients to secure consents, including a unanimous approval for a 49.99MW solar development in Essex. Her work in energy and sustainability has also spanned Battery storage, wind, biogas plants and tyre recycling facilities. Lauren’s deep understanding of the sectors she operates in, and the concerns raised and how to address these, can be fundamental in supporting clients to navigate the complexities of the planning system.
