Over the past decade, Jay has shaped some of London’s most ambitious projects—leading The Crown Estate’s transformation of the West End, driving Enfield Council’s Meridian Water vision, and delivering major masterplans, regeneration, and industrial schemes across the Capital, especially in East London.
